
SDI uses a web-based knowledge management tool, SDIKnow, to manage our projects. This online tool captures knowledge accumulated during the course of the project in order to improve the execution of subsequent phases of the project, to maintain consistent documentation, and to develop best practices for our clients' use in future projects.
SDIKnow helps SDI collaborate with our clients by making project status and developments accessible to all team members, including the client, SDI, and the involved alliance partners, during the course of the engagement.

SDI provides Property Managers access to their facility information database and data warehouse. Registered users are able to query the database for instant information on space, locations, lease expiration dates, and vacant and rentable square footage. In addition, users may view and print their CAD drawings and floor plans without having to invest in expensive and complicated graphics packages. ProFolio™ Manager is a user-friendly means to access real-time database information that is continuously updated by the SDI staff.
