Project Description

SDI was contracted to conduct a requirements analysis relating to regulatory and internal status reporting and housing redevelopment scheduling, develop web-based, database-driven applications to support tracking and reporting, and to implement standard scheduling software to support schedule tracking.

Project Goals

Project Results
  • Successfully developed an improved housing development Action Item and Hot List tracking capability, with a one-click management reporting feature
  • Implemented a standard development project scheduling data update and monthly reporting capability using a commercial scheduling package
  • Provided advanced capabilities for department managers to collaboratively track and report on status across agency projects
  • Provided the department with the capability to produce up-to-date, ad hoc management and executive status reports
  • Migrated pilot system to the authority’s enterprise network and transitioned support to staff
