Technical and Project Management Support for ERP System for City Colleges Organization
Project Description
SDI was contracted to work with the IT department of a city colleges organization. As a part of the enterprise plan for the PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP), they have contracted with SDI to support key components of their ERP applications.
Project Goals
Provide technical resources, project management and leadership support for PeopleSoft 8x Finance and Human Resource applications.
Provide support for the implementation of the PeopleSoft 8x Student Administration System as part of the Implementation Team. This support will enable the organization to operate more efficiently and effectively in providing support to internal users as well as the student body.

- Technical leadership in support of student self-service systems
- Lead technical and functional security efforts for the implementation of the Student Administration Project
- Complete infrastructure tasks to support the implementation of the Student Administration System, including firewall, network management, capacity and bandwidth, college technical readiness, and performance testing
- Provide 24x7 support for eDirectory services
