One of the founding principles of SDI is our commitment to being a good corporate citizen. Whether it is demonstrating ethical business standards, making a difference in the environment, or reflecting the diversity of the communities that we serve, SDI is committed to making an impact through our corporate social responsibility. It is with this core value of the firm in mind that SDI wishes to formalize several of our current socially responsible initiatives into a more structured program: The SDImpacts Program. Overall SDImpacts Mission: The SDImpacts Program will serve our community through innovative technologies, mindful business practices and active community involvement to make a noteworthy impact on our environment, customers, and employees. SDI's Impact program currently focuses on three related yet individually significant programs, each being reflections of the firm's core business values:

• SDImpacts Community

SDI has a long history of giving back to our local community. Through sponsorships, professional service donations, technology solutions, and employee volunteer hours, the SDImpacts Community program actively identifies opportunities to create meaningful positive impact on our community's workforce and its citizen's lives.


• SDImpacts Diversity

Through our SDImpacts Diversity Program, SDI remains committed to meeting minority financial goals in our new and existing contracts, building MBE/WBE business partnerships, minority workforce recruiting, and building a corporate culture celebrating diverse perspectives, including a workforce that significantly represents minority inclusion.


• SDImpacts Environment

The SDImpacts Environment program strives to incorporate environmentally-sensitive best practices, products and policies into our corporate culture to minimize the carbon footprint of SDI and of our clients. From the sustainable considerations taken in designing and operating our office space to our environmentally conscious technology solutions, SDI actively seeks out environmentally friendly technology systems, infrastructure and support best practices to make a real impact in our world.

Each program is designed to provide structure for the firm's position, goals and related activities in the each respective area.
