Mr. David Gupta
David A. Gupta is the President and Chief Executive Officer of SDI. SDI was formed in 1996 and since that time, Mr. Gupta has grown the company from $700,000 to $27M in revenues serving over 150 clients including several nationally-recognized mission critical entities. Mr. Gupta holds Board positions at the: Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, Chicago Historical Society, Mayor Daley's Council of Technology Advisors, Museum of Science and Industry, Lake Forest Academy, and the AJJ Foundation. In addition, he also founded SDI's First Chance Initiative - a Student Internship Program designed to provide minority public high school students with an opportunity to work in a professional office environment to demonstrate the future value of doing well in school today. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and his BS from the University of Colorado - Boulder. |

Mr. John Barrett
With numerous years of senior level management experience in the facilities services industry throughout America, John is the Chief Executive Officer at KIMCO Corporation. He is responsible for overall firm leadership and is accountable to our clients, employees and our key stakeholders to ensure that KIMCO company goals are realized. John graduated from the University of Michigan in 1981, with a degree in Economics and Speech Communications. He received his Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Doug Patterson
Doug Patterson has been a Principal with Glencoe Capital since 2003, and has more than twenty years of experience in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and equity and debt financings. He earned a B.S. magna cum laude in both Economics and Chemistry from Vanderbilt University, and a J.D. from Northwestern University.

Ms. Beth Satterfield
Beth A. Satterfield joined Leoville Holdings LLC, the corporate parent of Glencoe Capital and the Michigan Opportunities Fund, in 2000. She has been a Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of both Leoville and Glencoe Capital since 2003. In 2006, Ms. Satterfield also assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer for Glencoe Capital, and she currently serves as a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Ms Satterfield earned her B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and received her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Gary Massel
Gary Massel is a member of Glencoe portfolio Company and a Board Member of KAR Products, Brafasco, Strategic Equipment and Supply Inc., and Playcore. Mr. Massel was a Senior Vice President of the Supply Chain Division of Office Max and the Senior Vice President of Logistics at Boise Cascade office Products. Mr. Massel served as Executive Vice President for Building Products, and Ply-Gem Industries. Mr. Massel has his PhD in Physics, and B.S. in Nuclear Engineering.

General Peter Pace, USMC (Ret.), joined SDI’s Board of Directors in March 2009, adding to the firm’s focus on Homeland Security issues.
General Pace serves on the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board, and the Secretary of Defense’s Defense Policy Board. |

He is a long-standing member of the Board of Directors for the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation – a charity that provides scholarship bonds to children of Marines or Federal law enforcement personnel who were killed while serving our country at home or abroad.
General Pace served as the 16th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the most senior position in the United States Armed Forces, from September 2005 to October 2007. In his capacity as Chairman, he served as the principal military advisor to the President, the Secretary of Defense, the National Security Council, and the Homeland Security Council. During his tenure as Chairman, General Pace was responsible for providing military advice on U.S. operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Beginning in October 2001, General Pace served four years as the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He is the first Marine to have served as either Chairman or Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
General Pace is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, and holds an MBA from George Washington University. He is also a graduate of the Infantry Officers’ Advanced Course at Fort Benning, GA; the Marine Corps Command and Staff College, in Quantico, VA; and the National War College, at Ft. McNair, Washington, DC. He holds many personal decorations from both the U.S. and other nations, including the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit, and numerous Navy and Marine Corps Commendations.
In June, 2008 General Pace was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation’s highest civil award. The President of the United States recognized General Pace for his selfless service and visionary leadership as one of our nation’s most respected and admired military officers.
